We at Powder Lites Inc. don't like to take your money. We like to produce a kit that you're not only satisfied with, but blown away by. Thats why when we take a Deposit on a turbo kit, that Deposit is fully refundable to you, at any time, no Questions asked.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order and you need to return or exchange any part of it, we at Powder Lites Inc. would ask you to contact us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. We will then supply you with a return merchandise (RMA) number and return address to ship the products to. All products must be returned with the RMA number and a note explaining the reason for return. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be in their original purchase condition, with the original packaging, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from the date of purchase.
In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount. Shipping charges for any returned or exchanged product, is the responsibility of the Buyer. Products returned within 7 business days are subject to a 10% restocking fee and any returns made thereafter are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Order Cancellations are subject to a $20.00 service charge for orders processed through our payment center. |

- Electrical Products
- ECU Software
- Used Products |
